When it comes to "the best diet to lose weight" (also known as a "cutting diet"), you'll get A LOT of suggestions as to which diet to lose weight fast you should follow. However, the truth is that whether it's keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, and so on, all of these diets work by making it easier for you to eat at a calorie deficit. These diets don't have a "secret" fat loss effect which has been proven time and time again in the literature. Simply meaning that the best weight loss diet or the best diet for abs for example is the one that you can adhere to the best. However, weight loss is one thing and fat loss is a whole other variable which is MUCH more important when it comes to improving your physique. When it comes to optimizing the best fat loss diet, you need to pay attention to how much protein,fats, and carbs you're ingesting on a daily basis. I go through how to optimize each of these factors to create the best fat burning diet in my video. I also show a daily nutrition/meal plan (full day of eating) for fat loss with various examples/macros of what I personally eat on a daily basis.

Can anyone help??? Im 3 weeks into a cut. 500 calory deficit . train 5 days a week . The first 4-5 days dropping pounds (when aiming for 1.8 per week), which was even too fast. but it slowed down and then the last 10 days i have just been stuck. weight myself same time everymorning after morning pee pee. one day be 160pounds next will be 161, day after 160 and so on. same two numbers back and fourth. Any suggestions? do i need to do my matiencenc calculations again because i lost a few pounds . and the bring my calories even lower again ??

Thank you for this. I’m going to give it a try. Umm that multiplying your weight in lbs is majorly flawed because I’m tall and just 4kg over my ideal weight and if I was to multiply my calories by 13 of my weight in lbs I would be eating 500 calories over the recommended daily intake for the average man

thats actually maltodextrin flavored with stevia drops. stevia is not legal to manufacture in the usa. many brands falsely claim to be "stevia in the raw" but its not. maltodextrin causes upset stomach, fluttering heart and extended release of bile. hope this helps u. ur videos help me and i just wanted to help u. maltodextrin made me sick for years bc i thought it was stevia but it wasnt. 🥺

I lost 30kg on Keto. Keto is not a calorie deficiency diet. It’s about being in ketosis while consuming 20g carbs or less. My macros were carbs 4% or 20g, fat 167g or 76% and protein 20% or 100g. My protein was lowish so I did increase that and lowered fats
