I mean all you hafto do to lose weight is eat in a calorie deficit and then once your at a happy weight just make sure you’re not over eating again or going back to eating junk food

Currently just finished my last workout of the day, drinking 2 cups of water rn ( btw im 14 so im okay) and later for dinner ima have a salad and 3 cups of water. So far i have lost 10lbs (ive been on this for 2 weeks) I started off at 110 now at 100 🤍💪🏼 Edit: my goal is 85lbs or 92lbs

there has got to be some better way to lose weight i lost 20 lbs from an ed lol which included me eating like 800 or less calories a day (very bad don’t do this) but now my metabolism is crashed and i can’t lose weight anymore. so i have to increase my calorie intake and then im stuck in this horrendous cycle of increasing and decreasing my calories. but the way this video recommends is just too slow and completely lacks drive🧐 so wtf idk im thinking —> eat an adequate amount of calories but burn more calories so you’re in a deficit but still not decreasing caloric intake? idk what the fawk man this is so hard for what

here are few tips for weight loss (from my experience)-dont starve yourself cause then you end up eating a lot later ,and reduce junk food, exerscise daily and walk as much as you walking a lot really helps in weight loss, and drink a lot of water

I'm still 15 but I'd wanna be more confident and wear what I want to. Last August 2021, I started my weight loss journey. Though it was quite slow; for me that is. But I've managed to lose few pounds (wil be losing more ❤) and it made me more confident. I was 50 kg back then (yeah ik y'all be hatin me for trying to lose weight when I'm just 50kgs) but I wanna lose weight because I'm slowly gaining weight coz of quarantine. And my belly is too big, trust me, you'd mistake me for a prego😕. And this morning, November 11 2021, I'm finally down to 46.7 kgs!!💖💖 Not too big for 3 months but I'll take it than leave it. If you'd wanna know what I did, I ate less what I usually do. I still eat rice, but I made it lesser. Probably 1/3 of how much I normally eat. I still eat oreos lol but I'd only eat one each day. I only did 7 minutes flat belly workout for the first 2 weeks cuz I gave up, I'm too lazy and bit busy with schoolworks😅. I started counting calories on September 1st , but I quit after half of the month. I just ate less for the rest of the weeks till now. However, I started doing random exercises (I did a zumba last day, cardio workout yesterday, will be mopping the floor today lol) last day :))) I'll update after a month if I'd get a notif on this comment

I’m 12 and weigh 109 because I’m a gymnast. I have abs and muscle tone. I hate looking at the numbers, I eat healthy too. It’s hard to lose fat if you barley have any, it’s just all muscle. But I have to keep my muscle for gymnastics, which is very annoying
