It's really difficult for me to lose weight since the most active I can be physically is doing daily activities like taking care of animals, feeding myself, and every other normal daily thing. Not because I'm overweight but because I'm disabled. But! If I can learn to manage what I eat (I have huge issues with the urge to eat) I bet I could lose a bit of weight.

Oat milk will spike insulin and cause you to store fat. Unsweetened coconut or hemp milk would be much better options for weight loss.

Yeah, the problem with this is most people drastically underestimate what is considered "lightly active" or "moderately active." Also, I don't think the old equation of calories in and calories out captures all the nuances because I should be gaining fat based on the amount of fat calories I'm eating. But I'm not. The answer is COUNT YOUR CARBS.

In my research everything he stated on oatmilk. Be cautious. Almond milk has lower carbs and calories than in oat milk. Check out women's health on the comparison. Where you gain carbs, calories, sugar and protein content -being higher in oatmilk, you gain some fiber. So if you need the less sugar, lower calorie and carb content and the protein level isn't your concern.... go with almond milk.

🚨PLEASE READ I'm no expert but this is my share of advice. I see people calculating their calorie intake for their weight loss plan and using kg instead of pounds. That is completely wrong. Formulating it like that will also tell you to eat 600-1000 calories a day but please know that under around 1200 is starving yourself! So please convert kg to pounds.

My ideal weight is 150lb , so 150x12 = 1800 calories to loose a pound a week. I have lost 64lb in 7 months on 800 calories and no exercise as I’m disabled. If I had 1800 calories I would be putting weight on ? It makes no sense.
