I lost 25 pounds, I have a lot more to go but 25 pounds is an awesome start. It's not 2.5 pounds, or 6 pounds, or 9 pounds, or 11 pounds, or 15.5 pounds, or 18 pounds, or 20.1 pounds, or 24 pounds, it's 25 full pounds, and it was damed easy follow her & you too can drop 25 pounds so fast you'll get a rubber neck every time you pass a mirror.

Great foods and meal prep. Can you please when you are editing put a one or two second pause between sections and sentences? I feel like you are never breathing and it gives me anxiety. I had to slow down your video and stop it several times. I find a lot of you tubers do that these days and it’s hard to listen to.

avocado oil Coconut oil - Zucchini, onion (one and a half sliced), red pepper and chicken stir fry seasoning(onion powder, oregano salt and pepper lemon juice) - half onion chopped, slice mushrooms (300g), Shredded bustle sprouts (100g), pepper lemon juice over medium heat, 1 cup canned lentils, marinara tomato sauce -snack cookies 360F, 2 ripe bananas, 2/3 cup of dry oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 14 almonds, 1/4 cup of raisins, for 20 mins - toaster pancakes

I am so glad I found your channel because I am also South African and it’s been hard following overseas channels who use products I struggle to find here.
