In this video, I give you the specific solutions on the best weight loss diet for busy moms, including the best foods to eat, what to avoid, meals to make, and the meal-time schedule that can keep things simple and sustainable for you and your family.

If you're following a weight loss diet plan for women over 40 that is not simple and sustainable, then it's not an option for you. Crash diets or restrictive diets will not see you through the long-term and are more likely to end with you gaining more weight than you lose.

In terms of the foods to eat, a weight loss diet for women at home is made up of 4 things; Proteins, Carbs, Healthy Fats and Veggies. Preparing your meals using a simple principle we call 'The Perfect Plate', means you will simply use 1 of each of these groups in every meal.

When it comes to meal timings, there are a couple of schedules that work really well on a weight loss diet plan for women over 50. These are the 4 x 4, meaning you eat 4 meals each day, scheduled 4 hours apart; or intermittent fasting, which has you skip breakfast and eat your first meal later in the day.

i’m not a mother nor am i that old, but thanks for this. i went on keto about 4 months ago and lost 20lbs. once i got off it i gained all the weight back plus some more. i tried a low calorie diet and that sucked as well. my weight has been spiralling out of control and i both want and need to lose weight. i’m looking forward to trying these tips and finally losing that 60 lbs. thanks :)

I like your video, first time watching this. Though, Whey is dairy, it is acidic and allergenic, as you may already know. If I may, a complete protein recommendation would be yellow peas, brown rice and cranberry, a clean eating choice of protein. Lety, exercise physiologist;)

Love this! Most of the healthy habits described i already know but just don’t do them consistently 🥴 I follow them for awhile and feel great and lose weight, but then creep back into bad habits. I dot know why I find it so difficult to just drink water!!!! I loved how simply and assuredly this video presented the information and I found it inspiring.. No magic pill or secret weapon, just good nutrition and good habits.. I feel inspired to get back on the healthy eating wagon🙌🥦

Having your last meal between 7-8 is quite late, it takes about 4 hours for food to digest (longer if you have eaten red meat) so that means when your body is supposed to be resting when you go to bed it’s still digesting food. 5-6pm is better.
