I fasted for 16 hours to think about my life and to understand hunger. Then i started eating fat and a little protein. Thats how i started keto. Not gonna dive too deep into the science. Im just gonna eat less and avoid carbs. If i keep it under 20 to 30g then i should be good. I think i got the flu now though. Day 4.
