Ayurvedic way to lose weight (Don't criticise if you don't believe) Drink water while sitting Wake up and drink two to three glasses of hot water while sitting on floor. Don't criss cross your legs. Eat a heavy meal in breakfast, I don't mean fatty foods or oily and sweet foods, but food must fill your stomach. Include salad and fruits along with or before food. Also include curd, multi grains, bread, boiled vegetables(if you are not indian). Exclude pickles. Drink water half an hour after food. You don't need lunch. At dinner time, no need to eat anything more. Eat fruits or milk, semi solid food or light food. Hot water must be drank at night rather than soda. If you want to eat fried food or if your daily diet contains fried food, I mean in india, people eat indian bread with fried veges and lentil soup so if you include them, you can exclude gravy food, eat less potatoes, enough. Work out . Yoga is best for mind and body both
