I'm quite happy and relaxed on the diet I devised for myself. Today was weigh day and I lost 1.3 kilos (2.8 pounds). In two weeks I've lost 2.9 kilos (6.3 pounds) and I now know for sure I can reach my diet goal in the time I've given myself.

The Agoge diet is a much better option than the keto diet. It's well structured, balanced and peronalized. Keto is just risky and very hard to stick with.

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tried every weight loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Okibetonic Secrets mainly because my buddy who told me amazing things about it and so far to date I've effectively lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks!

the thing is, any diet can work. whether you try Atkins or keto or paleo or plant-based or carnivore or whatever you try, they all can work. But the best thing for someone to do is to get into working out and try to organize a proper eating regimen and looking to understand how eating healthy works. Eat a balanced nutritional diet that involves all of the different macros of proteins, fats, and carbs. focus on understanding portion sizes first, what foods you like and what foods disagree with you. what each type of food does for your body and the nutrients they have. how calories work when you eat. everyone always wants to just jump to losing weight and figure they can just pick a diet like a keto or try fasting and think their answers will be given to them. although they can, many people fail this way because they realize trying out these diets is harder than they thought and they just end up binge eating again because they deprive themselves of foods or different macros they should have been supplying their bodies with. just like anything in life, learn the proper methods of structuring your eating and how nutrition works. some people learn faster than others but it's something I think everyone should understand.

When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. While they might induce rapid loss of weight, these diets will never be a long-term answer for your waistline. It is best to search Okibetonic Secrets on google since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'm going to give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Okibetonic Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I've lost a ton of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. (I know this is rather old) I came here from looking up "general malaise" and thinking maybe it had something to do with the lower calories I have been eating. Side note: I'm not comfortable in my own skin and since my mom had been told by a dr to lose a bit of weight decided to join her. I have cut out a lot of sweets (still use sugar in my coffee and the last three weeks or so I have had one donut... maybe 2. And I still drink my java coffees at work) but I have cut out a lot of snack foods and either don't eat a snack at work or try to find fruits or veggies to eat. Tried to stay away from fried foods as much as possible. My work is pretty active. A lot of walking (4k to 10k steps) and a good amount of lifting and carrying at max 50+ lbs. Checked my weight about a week ago and I had lost a pound. Very happy about it actually. The end of last week I started to notice I was getting tired quickly, seemingly sweeting a lot and quicker, and just a general feeling of malaise (hence the search earlier that brought me here). I'm still not completely sure why -- I have been trying to keep watch on the nutrients and they don't seem bad but maybe I'm missing something or my body is just in a *WTF* state.

I find it hilarious how followers of different diets fight these wars of which is better, and how "yours is bad". I put all that behind myself when I transitioned to be a breatharian many years ago. I haven't looked back since. No more toxins in my body, thank you very much. What's the point of lowering the toxin levels or even doing a detox if you then put all that rubbish back in your body anyway. I just don't get it. No offense, but it does not make any sense to me. typically, this is the toughest question to answer when it comes to diet. I have been studying human nutrition for 12 years now, after getting my PhD my answer is simply: there is no one diet that works for all, diets need to be individualized.
