Hey guys! Today I'm sharing with you the weight loss meal plan that I used to lose weight (40 Lbs)! I've created this meal plan for women based on what I ate daily to lose weight, and I've specifically used meals and recipes that I think a lot of people will like. These recipes are very simple, quick and easy to make - while still being healthy, filling and well balanced.

This meal plan is based on 1400 calories (for an average woman to lose weight), but you can easily adapt this eating plan to suit your calorie needs - I'll show you at the end of the video how you can easily adapt it between 1200-1600 to 1800 calories to suit your personal calorie needs.

Remember that health should always come first!

Hey you guys! I hope you enjoy the video today - my 3rd weight loss meal plan video/ based on what I ate daily to lose weight. I just want to apologize for the fact that some of you have had issues accessing my blog and website. Have been having some major issues with it - but this week it is busy moving to a brand new server of it's own, and so there shouldn't be issues after this. Se inicia en Miércoles: 1. Por la mañana coloque en media taza de agua el número de granos de arroz correspondientes a los Kg que quieres perder. 2. No ponga más granos de los necesarios porque esos kilos nunca más se recuperan. 3. En la noche tómese el agua dejando los granos de arroz para luego volver a llenar la taza. Jueves: 1. Por la mañana en ayunas beba toda el agua dejando todos los granos de arroz, y luego llene nuevamente la taza con agua. Viernes: 1. Por la mañana, en ayunas beba todo, está vez con los granos de arroz. importante 1- conserve la taza tapada durante todo el proceso 2- reparta copias (Fotocopias a personas que ustedes saben que les interese adelgazar) de esta dieta conforme a los kg que quiere perder, envíe por mail. 3- comience la dieta en miércoles y no antes de haber repartido todas las copias, o en su defecto repartir las vía correo electrónico 4-Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona de su entorno. 5-No haga régimen de ninguna otra dieta, esta dieta es infalible.
