Thanks for video...btw the chickens are “pasture-raised,” not “pasteurized” (a process named after Dr. Pasteur).

Keto diet is for those who haven't the willpower to be a vegan, or even a vegetarian. If you eat ANY animal products get ready for bringing on cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc so says "The China Study"

Besides pre-cooking chicken, having cooked ground beef is great to have on hand in the fridge. You can easily add it to eggs or make a quick Mexican inspired salad. I also buy the tiny sweet peppers. I hollow them out and fill them with a cream cheese and either cooked ground beef or ground pork mixture. Pop them in the oven and yum! You can also melt cheese on top or put on a dollop of guac.

Great video.. I love the B roll.... I like bacon, but I don't eat processed meats (cancer runs in our family). I know it's a keto staple, but I avoid all processed foods as much as possible. I do love those eggs and will look for them. So far, loving your channel. Thanks

I’m sorry, but anyone thinking these foods are healthy and that bacon, butter, heavy cream, etc will not end up eventually clogging your arteries, is disillusioned

Excellent advice. I’ve been keto for 18 months and learned about many of these the hard way thru experience. One more essential—sardines canned in olive oil. If you throw them on a salad with the liquid oil and add a little apple cider or balsamic vinegar, it’s and instant healthy dressing. If you’re not a fan of sardines, mix them with avocado oil mayo so they’re a little easier to consume after a while you’ll develop a taste for them. Great source of protein with tons of omega3s too.

Bacon isn’t an ideal food. It’s very high in cholesterol! One of the biggest risks of bacon is associated with two preservatives, nitrates and nitrites, that can form cancer-causing compounds. In addition to increasing your risk of colon and stomach cancer, eating processed meat increases your risk of prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, and dying from all types of cancer.

unbroken veggies are sterile inside, once you cut them, bacteria begin to grow and produce toxins... moreover, those veggies start to lose their vitamins and start rotting. i take your advice about having those foods in refrigerator, but I discourage about chopping them to keep in refrig

I am brand new to keto so this video was very helpful. I have a lot to learn as well as a lot to un learn. But as long as I take it slow and make a concerted effort to not get overwhelmed I think I can succeed here with losing 30 pounds and lowering my blood sugars. Question for everyone, what about intermittent fasting? Does anyone incorporate this in their routine? Thank you all!
