-The 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans advises men to consume 2,500 calories a day, while that number for women is 2,000. The number drops to 1,600 after they turn 51 years old. Little kids should take in about 1,500 a day, while adolescents require a lot more, especially boys.

Every day I eat doreos that are around 100 calories and a small glass of milk that it's under 100 callories and for dinner I eat soup 🍽so in that way I eat less than 600 callories per a day and I'm losing weight 😃

Just eat less.. that's a diet, eat 75% less then what you have been eating before if you are really serious on losing weight. Edit: and do workouts 5 days a week, also try to eat as much healthy food as you can in your everyday life only keep one cheat day.

The people who make these videos don't normally seem to know a whole lot. They say as if it's a surprise that you'll regain weight if you don't take it slow, once you return to your previous calorie intake. Anyone with half a brain should know you CAN'T return to your previous calorie intake, but they suggest you can in the video through the words they use. As you lose weight, your body is naturally of course going to need less and less calories to maintain your new weight. You can never go back to eating the same amount of food as you did before losing the weight, something I'm sure isn't a surprise to most.
